Vanilla Protein Baked Oats

Ingredients:

  • 1 serve (3 scoops) Athena Nutrition Vanilla Protein Shake powder
  • 1 banana, mashed
  • 1 egg
  • 100ml milk of your choice
  • 100g rolled oats
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed banana, egg, and milk. Stir until smooth.
  2. Add the rolled oats, vanilla protein powder, baking powder, and cinnamon. Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into a heatproof dish.
  4. Place in the air fryer and bake at 180°C (356°F) for 15 minutes, or until the top is golden and set.
  5. Remove from the air fryer and let it cool for a couple of minutes.
  6. Serve warm with your favourite toppings, such as yogurt, berries, nut butter, or a drizzle of honey.
